Branch Manager

The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the store while maintaining the brand’s commitment to high-quality menswear. This leadership role requires managing a team of skilled individuals, optimizing branch performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for premium fashion.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely restocking to meet customer demands.
Customized Order Taker: to assist clients in placing and managing their custom orders, both in-store and online.
Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines to ensure smooth daily operations.
Sales Performance: Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and maximize profitability.
Brand Representation: Ensure that in-store displays, merchandising, and customer experience align with Santosh Kumar Designer’s premium brand image.
Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer queries professionally to build loyalty and enhance satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on inventory, sales performance, and team productivity for senior management review.
Team Development: Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment that supports team members’ professional development.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years in retail management or a similar leadership role in the fashion industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset to drive sales and team success.
A passion for premium menswear and customer satisfaction.
