We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager for our Business Development team in the Corporate Department. The ideal candidate will support the Business Development Manager in identifying growth opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, market analysis, and hands-on execution to contribute to the firm's overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Develop business development strategies and initiatives to meet the firm's growth objectives and align with the corporate department.
  • Generate leads, identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships to expand the firm's reach.
  • Maintain and update the business development pipeline, tracking progress, and following up on leads.
  • Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Conduct market comparative analysis to monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring alignment with the firm's terms and conditions.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including progress against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to enhance the firm’s visibility and build new relationships.
  • Assist marketing team in developing and executing marketing initiatives to support business development efforts, including digital campaigns and promotional events.
