We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our small HoReCa shop, which serves hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop
- Process sales and handle customer transactions
- Maintain inventory and order products as needed
- Ensure the shop is clean and well-organized
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Manage and reconcile cash handling and sales transactions
- Use accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero) to:
- Track sales and expenses
- Generate invoices and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Basic knowledge of the HoReCa industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
