Oversee the entire production process of nicotine pouches, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
Conduct routine inspections, tests, and sampling of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure consistency and quality.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards, including GMP, ISO, and local government regulations for tobacco products.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, deviations, and corrective actions, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to identify opportunities for improving processes, reducing defects, and enhancing product quality.
Train production staff on quality standards and provide technical support on quality-related issues.
