- Ensuring the smooth processing of all functions related to general banking activities including customers’ transactions in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Assisting customers with routine account related requests such as stop payments, updating of customer details, removal of dormancy etc.
- Recording denominations for all cash transactions, and requesting additional cash as and when required.
- Balancing, sorting and reconciling re-issuable/sorted, unsorted, soiled and fresh currency notes before placing in vault at day-end.
- Safe-keeping/balancing of outstanding cheque books and captured ATM cards and ensuring that delivery/destruction is as per SOP/regulatory requirement.
