• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the HR team in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
  • Partner with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on key business initiatives.
  • Drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and mitigate HR-related risks.
  • Oversee HR analytics and reporting to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field from a reputable university. Certification in HR is a plus.
  • 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on the Garments Manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Mr. Abdus Samad established Samad Rubber Works (SRW), formerly known as Pakistan Rubber Industries, in 1948. Pakistan Rubber Industries was the first company to set up a state of the art latex foam manufacturing unit and manufacture rubber hoses.
