PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident Sales Verification Consultant (Verifier) to join their team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role operates during night shifts and welcomes candidates with prior BPO experience as well as fresh graduates who possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in the BPO industry. The position involves verifying sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance, maintaining high-quality standards, and working closely with sales and quality assurance teams. Candidates should be ready to work in a professional environment that emphasizes precision, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert campaign to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Professionally confirm client information and device/service details during the verification process.
- Ensure all required documentation and call recordings meet established quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly when necessary to maintain compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all verified sales transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams to resolve any verification-related issues.
- Strictly adhere to company compliance policies and procedures.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly verification targets.
- Be available for overtime or additional training sessions to improve performance or meet targets.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills, including verbal communication and active listening.
- High attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and errors.
- Professional attitude with strong customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
