We are currently expanding our team and looking for experienced Sales Specialists who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong background in outbound sales. This role primarily involves engaging with international clients from North America, the UK, and Australia, with an emphasis on driving sales growth and establishing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to international B2B clients across targeted markets.
- Present and promote company products and services to both new prospects and existing clients, focusing on closing sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads to expand the client base.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of call logs, sales data, and client information within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales or call center sales environments.
- Strong closing skills with the ability to confidently handle objections.
- Excellent English communication skills, including persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly from the US, is preferred.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work night shifts on-site as required.
