Sales Representative (Remote) - Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Media7x is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team based in Islamabad. This full-time position operates on a night shift and is ideal for candidates with approximately one year of relevant experience who are looking to grow their career in sales development. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management, requiring strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM and sales tools. Candidates must be self-disciplined and resilient to thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with the company’s target customer profile.
- Manage and maintain an organized CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
- Utilize sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance prospecting efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead handoff and follow-up processes.
- Maintain consistent communication and reporting to track progress and optimize outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Approximately one year of experience in a non-managerial sales development or related role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage prospects.
- Proven skills in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools including Apollo, Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-discipline and resilience.
- Availability to work night shifts as per the company’s operational requirements.
