Sales Representative (Night Shift)

We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our Food Service Technical Department. This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for sales. The role involves working night shifts from 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM and requires individuals who are proactive, target-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment. Candidates should be ready to engage with clients effectively and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and manage client interactions efficiently
- Generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine sales strategies

Required Qualifications:
- Maximum age of 23 years
- Basic understanding of the English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven attitude with a proactive and energetic approach
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near Valencia Town, Lahore

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates will undergo a 4-day training program, with final selection based on performance during this period. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 70,000 plus commission. Male employees receive a fuel allowance equivalent to one full bike tank per month, and transportation support may be provided after training depending on performance. Female employees initially receive coverage for one-sided inDrive transportation expenses; after two months and based on performance, this extends to two-sided transportation expenses along with fuel adjustment support.
