- Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective Tenants.
- Undertaking routine property inspections and dealing with matters of property maintenance
- Supporting the promotion of the Lettings team and wider business
- Advising on matters of regulatory compliance
- Preparing new properties for marketing.
- Preparing Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices.
- Day-to-day property management through the use of the main Lettings management IT system
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's / Masters
Experience Requirement:
2 to 3 years in relevant field will be preferred
