AI Automation / Integrations Specialist

Our AI Automation & Integration manager needs to understand how we can make our internal operations more efficient by reducing/removing human redundancies. They won’t be working directly with our clients but they need to have understanding of our clients desired outcome so that they can highlight areas of opportunity to help make our clients businesses more efficient.

This unique mix of right brain (project management and creative new suggestions) and left brain ( strategy and data analysis) skills makes AI Automation & Integration experts very special people. They are the lifeblood to the technology side of our business, and we’re looking for someone we can trust and count on to help us automate the business of our dreams!

Salary & growth opportunities:

• AI Automation & Integration start at 143250.00 PKR/month ($515.98 USD) for Part Time Work (20 Hours/Week)
• You’ll work directly with our management team to understand our current human workflows
• You’ll make suggestions as to how we can automate processes, and proceed with finding solutions to integrate those workflows.
• You’ll be graded on your ability to ensure these workflows run efficiently and ability to suggest improvements.
• Once you are managing a full slate you will have the option to be promoted to full time work.

The ideal candidate:

• Go Highlevel : Experience with Go High Level is required. You will be building out several automation for detailed SMS & email follow ups, integration of chat bots for lead conversion and automated blogging. 

• System Automation: The core of your job is assessing inefficiencies and building system automation to fix processes. Our ideal candidate has experience with Make, Zapier, Airtable, etc. You play a critical role in driving efficiency, productivity, and innovation within the organization. By automating processes, you streamline operations, reduce errors, and create more time for strategic initiatives. Your expertise empowers the organization to adapt to market changes, make data-driven decisions, and achieve significant cost savings. 

• Dream Criteria Coding Experience (Python Preferred): Those with the ability to build tools to boost sales, including the ability to build a data scraper, is highly preferred. You can create innovative solutions that optimize processes, provide data-driven insights, and drive revenue growth. By developing a data scraper, you enable the collection and analysis of valuable information, empowering sales teams to make informed decisions and identify new business opportunities through lead generation.

• Problem-solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.
