Sales Executive

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Executive / Customer Support professional based in Karachi. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates who possess excellent spoken and written English skills, strong comprehension abilities, and the flexibility to travel as needed. The position operates on a night shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The offered salary ranges from PKR 35,000 to 50,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional sales support and address inquiries professionally.
- Manage customer interactions through various communication channels, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive company image.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adapt to night shift hours while maintaining high performance and communication standards.
- Be available for travel as required to support business needs and client engagements.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong comprehension skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work full-time during night shifts (Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
- Flexibility and willingness to travel when necessary.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in sales or customer support roles.
