Sales Executive

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive position is based in a showroom located in Karachi, specializing in tiles, marble, granite, onyx, and sanitaryware products. The role involves engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, providing expert product recommendations, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate order records. The Sales Executive is also responsible for consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and to achieve assigned sales targets. This position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to identify their requirements and suggest suitable products from the showroom’s range of tiles, marble, granite, onyx, and sanitaryware.
- Prepare and present accurate quotations based on customer needs and pricing guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of orders and sales transactions to ensure smooth processing and follow-up.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure a high standard of customer service and showroom presentation.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in building materials, tiles, or related industries. Equivalent sales experience in other sectors will also be considered.
- Educational background of Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining sales records and preparing quotations accurately.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience specifically in selling tiles, marble, granite, onyx, or sanitaryware is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Karachi market and customer preferences will be an advantage.
- The role offers a salary range of PKR 35,000 to 60,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
- Working hours are aligned with the morning shift, providing a structured daily schedule.
