Sales Executive (Call Center)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be committed to achieving sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Handle customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within the system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and listening
- Basic computer skills to manage customer records and sales data
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities

Working Hours:
