Sales Executive / Call Center Agents

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive/Call Center Agent position is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and requires working evening shifts. The role focuses on making both inbound and outbound sales calls to customers located in the USA and Canada. The primary responsibilities include explaining various streaming packages, addressing customer objections effectively, accurately recording all interactions, and consistently achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to customers in the USA and Canada.
- Clearly explain streaming packages and services to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Equivalent experience in customer service or telesales will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively during evening shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software or CRM systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle objections professionally.
