Sales Development Representative

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. The position is full-time and based in Karachi, requiring availability during evening and night hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the company’s system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening.
- Basic computer proficiency to navigate sales and customer management systems.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Working Hours:
