As a Sales Compliance Analyst at Motive, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our sales processes. Reporting to the Associate Manager of Sales Compliance within GTM Strategy & Sales Operations, you will work closely with a small, high-impact team. Your main focus will be managing a queue of compliance requests and conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to sales policies, accurate deal crediting, and clean revenue data. Using tools like Salesforce, Jira, and commission platforms, you will reconstruct deal histories and provide evidence-based conclusions. This role emphasizes process improvement and automation, supporting a 34% increase in request volume while improving resolution speed by 36%. It offers a clear path for growth within sales or revenue operations, with advancement opportunities to Sales Compliance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a queue of Sales Compliance requests in Jira, ensuring timely triage and resolution within established service level agreements.
- Investigate and resolve disputes related to opportunity ownership and account hierarchy in Salesforce, making decisions based on detailed records and company policies.
- Conduct recurring compliance audits covering areas such as churn exceptions, disqualified accounts, sales-qualified opportunities, and pipeline integrity, identifying trends and root causes.
- Validate partner and referral commission eligibility in collaboration with the Partnerships team, reconciling data between partner platforms and Salesforce to close attribution gaps.
- Prepare and present compliance findings and trend reports to Sales and Operations leadership, recommending improvements to policies and processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Deal Desk teams to ensure consistent interpretation of sales rules and enhance upstream data quality.
- Drive process improvements by automating manual tasks and maintaining thorough documentation for each control.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, audit, quality assurance, or compliance investigation, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including the ability to investigate opportunity, account, and activity records, and to create custom reports and list views.
- Strong investigative skills with the ability to reconstruct event sequences from system data, clearly state assumptions, and document defensible conclusions.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciling multiple data sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to diplomatically convey complex or sensitive findings to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing queue-based workflows under service level agreements while balancing recurring audits and project work.
- Based in Islamabad with availability to collaborate with US-based stakeholders multiple times per week.
