The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations across Saleem Fabrics. The individual will oversee core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and policy implementation. This role requires someone who can manage daily HR activities while supporting the strategic objectives of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including orientation, and documentation.
  • Maintain a talent pool for future staffing needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Facilitate resolution of workplace conflicts and grievances in alignment with company policies.
  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering a culture of respect and inclusion.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support payroll processing by providing necessary data, such as attendance and leave records.
  • Manage leave and attendance tracking systems.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and handbooks.
  • Assist in implementing the performance appraisal process.
  • Provide support to managers in setting performance goals and giving feedback.
  • Track employee performance and suggest recognition or improvement plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights for management decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

1-3 years of experience in HR.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
