Job Overview: Salam Pharmacy, a part of the Salam Medical Complex, is seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Purchase Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Lahore market and extensive experience in pharmaceutical procurement for hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the procurement of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and equipment for our hospital pharmacy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors in the Lahore market.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure the best value for the pharmacy.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
Stay updated on market trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with the pharmacy and medical teams to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement.
Manage and mentor a team of purchasing staff, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
Prepare and present purchasing reports to the management.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement, with a strong focus on the Lahore market.
Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and hospital pharmacy operations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
