We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate ledgers, performing basic accounting tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day financial activities. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles and are skilled in managing accounts, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Tally and maintain ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Process day-to-day financial transactions and update records accordingly.
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform general bookkeeping tasks and assist with audits as required.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and standards.
Support the senior accounts team in various administrative and financial tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in basic accounting or bookkeeping.
Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Tally or similar accounting software.
Ability to handle financial data with confidentiality.
