Hiring: Remote Construction Estimator
Location: Pakistan (Remote)
Paradise Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team remotely.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience preparing U.S. construction estimates
- Strong experience with interior and exterior takeoffs and pricing
- Ability to read architectural and construction drawings
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Own computer/laptop
- Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate construction cost estimates for both interior and exterior project components.
- Perform quantity takeoffs based on architectural and construction drawings to produce reliable cost data.
- Review and analyze project budgets, specifications, and contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.
- Utilize construction estimating software to develop cost projections and maintain estimate documentation.
- Collaborate remotely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to clarify project requirements and address cost issues.
- Ensure all cost estimates comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and track pricing trends for construction materials and labor to maintain competitive and accurate estimates.
- Support project scheduling activities by providing accurate cost and timeline information.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, bids, and related documentation for future reference and auditing purposes.
- Communicate effectively in English with all project stakeholders, including clients and team members, to present estimates and answer inquiries.
- Continuously update knowledge of construction methods, materials, and emerging estimation technologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple estimation requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
- Participate in the contract review process to verify scope, allowances, and contingencies reflect accurate cost projections.
