As the Senior Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Manager at Safina Consulting Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through proactive business development, client management, and end-to-end recruitment processes within our Recruitment and Staffing division.

This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the success of both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the recruitment and staffing sector through strategic outreach and campaigns.
  • Book meetings with key decision-makers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  1. Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and assess candidates based on client requirements within the recruitment and staffing division.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely updates and support.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  1. Client Management and Operations:

  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day operations and coordination with clients' HR teams within the recruitment and staffing division.
  • Handover leads to a manager for deal closure after initial meetings and contract signings.
  • Coordinate with clients on their recruitment requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.
  1. Social Media Management (LinkedIn):

  • Promote the agency's brand and services on LinkedIn within the recruitment and staffing sector to enhance visibility.
  • Execute social media campaigns to attract clients and engage with the professional community.
  • Post regular job openings, industry insights, and relevant content.
  1. Content Creation and Design:

  • Develop creative and engaging content for social media postings, presentations, and marketing materials within the recruitment and staffing division.
  • Design visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate key messages.
  1. Administration:

  • Oversee administrative tasks related to onboarding, hiring, and dismissal processes within the recruitment and staffing division.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate placements, and relevant data.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in the required industry/role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with recruitment, email campaign, and lead generation tools.
  • Skills in content creation and design for social media postings and presentations.
