Travel Agency Officer

Safar-e-Hijaz by Legacy1985 is seeking a dedicated Travel Agency Officer to join our team in Sargodha, Pakistan. This role centers on supporting pilgrims in planning and executing their Umrah spiritual journey with expert guidance, seamless booking management, and attentive customer care. The ideal candidate has experience in the Umrah or Hajj travel industry, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of travel documentation and visa processes. This full-time position requires a motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaborate efficiently with the team. The Travel Agency Officer is responsible for managing inquiries and bookings related to Umrah packages, ensuring smooth coordination of flights, accommodation, and transportation. The role includes assisting clients with visa applications and travel documentation, providing comprehensive customer service pre- and post-travel, and maintaining accurate records using reservation and customer relationship management systems. Responsibilities

Manage and process Umrah package inquiries and travel bookings effectively.
Assist clients in completing visa applications and preparing necessary travel documentation.
Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, and transportation arrangements to ensure a seamless experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel, addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
Maintain updated and accurate records in reservation software and customer relationship management systems.
Provide detailed travel itineraries and destination information tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with airline, hotel, and transport providers to secure bookings and resolve any issues that arise.
Stay informed about visa regulations, travel advisories, and industry best practices to offer accurate guidance.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional travel services or upgrades to enhance the client experience.
Support marketing and sales initiatives related to Umrah packages and travel offerings.
Work independently to meet daily operational goals while actively participating in team coordination efforts.
Assist in problem-solving to resolve any travel disruptions or client concerns efficiently and professionally.
