Civil structural Engineer

Sadiq Gill Consulting is seeking a dedicated Civil Structural Engineer with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and reviewing structural components to ensure the safety and integrity of buildings and infrastructure projects. This position demands strong technical expertise in structural analysis and design, along with a commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail. The engineer will collaborate closely with project teams to deliver practical and innovative solutions while adhering to industry standards and codes. The role requires a hardworking and committed professional who can effectively use software tools such as ETABS for structural modeling, seismic analysis, and load design. The engineer will focus on concrete design and seismic design to enhance the resilience and durability of structures. While this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities

Perform detailed structural analysis and design of buildings and infrastructure projects using Finite Element Analysis and other engineering methods.
Develop and review structural models using ETABS software for accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Conduct seismic design and analysis to ensure structural safety under earthquake effects.
Design steel structural components according to relevant codes and industry best practices.
Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and documentation for project submissions and approvals.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate structural designs with other disciplines.
Evaluate structural integrity and provide recommendations for rehabilitation and strengthening of existing structures.
Maintain knowledge of current engineering trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in civil structures.
Ensure all engineering work meets company quality standards and adheres to project timelines.
Demonstrate commitment and a strong work ethic by delivering thorough and detailed designs and analyses.
