Sadaqat Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager HR to enhance our human resources department. This role is perfect for an HR professional with over five years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong skills in training and development, HR analytics, and compliance with labor laws. The Deputy Manager HR will lead a team of ten HR professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction. This position is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and ensuring the effective and efficient management of human resources within the company.
Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and collaboration.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and industry standards, promoting fair treatment and organizational transparency.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans to align individual performance with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and improve overall employee engagement and productivity.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track staff performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve HR functions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing queries, conflicts, and grievances promptly and effectively to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Design and conduct job analysis processes to create clear job descriptions that align with organizational objectives and effectively communicate role expectations.
  • Oversee payroll management activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to the overall success and growth of Sadaqat Limited.
