We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Export Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the export process, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement export strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the entire export process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics partners to optimize shipping routes and costs.
  • Maintain and update records of all export transactions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and partners to maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to exports in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and expand the customer base.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on export activities and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in export management, preferably within the dental, medical, or surgical instrument industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of export documentation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of international trade and logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
