Seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead and enhance the human resources functions within the organization. The HR Manager will take ownership of managing recruitment, performance assessment, and compensation processes to ensure that company policies align with organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in talent acquisition and employee development. The HR Manager will lead a team of two professionals and play a critical role in fostering a productive workplace environment. This position requires a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), or a related field, along with five years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and implementing HR programs and managing performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and organizational success.


Responsibilities

Job Summary

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training & development, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR functions within a fast-paced BPO, healthcare outsourcing, medical billing, or IT-enabled services environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent while supporting business operations that cater to Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for medical billers, coders, documentation specialists, QA staff, team leaders, and support functions.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce requirements.

HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Employment contracts.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with organizational goals and are updated & implemented.
  • Administer attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Plan and organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and company events. 

Performance Management

  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Support compliance and skills-based training.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan labour laws.
  • Support data confidentiality and employee privacy practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of HR experience.
  • Experience in Medical Billing, Healthcare BPO, Healthcare Documentation, Call Center services will be highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and Pakistan labour laws.
  • Experience managing recruitment for technical and healthcare-related positions.

  • Exposure to remote workforce management and international operations.
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare support and back-office roles serving Australia.
