As a Sales Executive in the Elevator/Lifts industry, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for elevator and lift products and services. You will work closely with architects, builders, contractors, and facility managers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and residential sectors.
  • Generate sales leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.

3. Sales Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to client acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay informed about industry developments.

4. Quotation and Proposal Submission:

  • Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Ensure that all sales documentation is complete and in compliance with company policies.

5. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the features and specifications of the company's elevator and lift products.
  • Provide technical information and support to clients during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of product capabilities.

6. Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator/lift industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex elevator and lift systems.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with building construction and project management processes.
