Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Design and Development:
- Assist in designing and developing engineering / mechanical works.
- Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and reports as required.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
Project Management:
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Research and Development:
- Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and techniques.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Training and Development:
- Participate in training programs to develop engineering skills.
- Learn engineering software, systems, and procedures.
- Work towards professional certification.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial).
- 0-2 years of engineering experience.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Certification in engineering.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Physical Requirements:
- Work in an office and field environment.
- Travel to project sites.
