Responsible for taking accurate and efficient customer orders via phone, email, or in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Taking:
1. Receive and process customer orders accurately.
2. Record order details, including products, quantities, and delivery information.
3. Clarify customer requests and resolve order-related issues.
Customer Service:
1. Provide exceptional customer service.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
3. Maintain positive customer relationships.
Product Knowledge:
1. Familiarize yourself with products, features, and benefits.
2. Stay updated on new products, promotions, and pricing.
Data Entry:
1. Accurately enter orders into the database or order management system.
2. Verify order information for accuracy.
Communication:
1. Communicate with customers, sales teams, and other departments.
2. Ensure timely and effective communication.
Requirements:
1. FA or equivalent Preferrably BA.
2. 0-2 years of customer service or order-taking experience.
3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
4. Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
2. Knowledge of inventory management systems.
3. Familiarity with order management processes.
4. Certification in customer service or sales.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements:

Working Hours:
1. Standard business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
