Social Media / Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team! This person will be responsible for creating engaging content, including posts, videos, and advertisements, to drive brand awareness and audience engagement across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is innovative, up-to-date with the latest social media trends, and has a knack for storytelling that resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and schedule high-quality, on-brand posts and videos
Design and run social media ad campaigns to promote products/services and attract leads
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong community presence
Track and analyze social media performance to optimize campaigns and strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing or content creation
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software
Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with paid advertising on social platforms
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
