We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage and maintain our organization`s data assets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles.
Communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
Good in verbal and written English.Must be fast at typing and also know their way around a keyboard.
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.Enforce data standards and guidelines to ensure data quality and consistency.
Ensure data integrity and consistency during integration processes.
Prepare and analyze data.
The job will require individuals to complete targets.:Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Certifications in data management or equivalent qualifications.
Is not essential - but must be able to communicate in English and be a FAST typer
Proven experience in data administration - not essential.
Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., CRM Software) - not essential.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Windows File manager.
Having a Degree is not essential for us - as long as you can, speak, read and write English we will give you a chance.
However being a fast typer is essential.
