We are seeking a talented and motivated WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong understanding of web development principles, a passion for creating user-friendly websites and eCommerce solutions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites tailored to client requirements, ensuring a responsive and engaging user experience.
- Customize and enhance existing WordPress themes and plugins for better functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement website layout and features.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress and Shopify sites.
- Maintain website security by implementing best practices and updates.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, WordPress updates, and Shopify features.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in WordPress development (1-2 years).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with theme and plugin development for WordPress.
- Proficient in building and managing Shopify stores, including Liquid templating language.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Figma) is a plus.
