Rvn Cert International is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Audit Team Member to contribute to the audit process by conducting thorough audit planning, compliance testing, and documentation. This position requires a motivated individual who is capable of executing audits on-site as well as completing office tasks in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience, demonstrating familiarity with social compliance frameworks, ISO standards, and audit reporting practices. The Audit Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring organizations meet regulatory and social standards through meticulous documentation and analysis. This role involves traveling to client sites to perform audits and collaborate directly with stakeholders, while also maintaining accurate and comprehensive audit reports. The candidate will work within a team but is not responsible for managing others, focusing instead on delivering high-quality audit results that support Rvn Cert Internationals mission of compliance assurance.
Responsibilities

Conduct audit planning by identifying audit scope, objectives, and criteria to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Perform compliance testing and social compliance evaluations to verify adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Execute on-site audits at client locations to assess facilities, processes, and practices against defined social and ISO standards.
Document audit findings clearly and accurately, preparing detailed reports that outline observations, non-conformances, and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social compliance standards and ISO certifications to ensure audit protocols align with industry best practices.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders during audits to communicate findings and clarify compliance requirements.
Support ongoing improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in compliance and suggesting corrective action plans.
Manage audit records and files systematically to facilitate efficient retrieval and review during follow-up audits or inspections.
Adapt to hybrid work requirements by efficiently balancing office-based documentation with travel and on-site audit responsibilities.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive client information throughout the audit process.
