Responsibilities

  • Accurately process all types of cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments while following cash handling procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers with banking products and services.
  • Operate telephone banking systems efficiently to support customer needs and enhance banking services.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and security measures during cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Manage and supervise a team of 20 personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor cash levels in the teller drawer and balance cash at the end of each shift to prevent discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional bank products and services to customers based on their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, prepare reports, and escalate any discrepancies or irregularities to management promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless banking operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update knowledge on banking products, services, and compliance requirements to provide informed assistance to customers and the team.
