We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR department. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR activities and provides a pathway to a potential full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle general HR inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
