We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide product or service solutions that drive sales and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products/services and upselling when appropriate.
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns promptly.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and pricing to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing revenue and market reach.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and follow up on leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
