RSF Soft is seeking a confident and creative Female Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Gulberg III, Lahore. This full-time, office-based role demands a passionate individual who excels at engaging audiences through captivating video content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will be the face of our apparel brand, appearing in videos that showcase styling, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns, effectively boosting our online presence and connecting with our target community. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of experience in short-form video creation or a strong enthusiasm to learn and grow in social media content production. You will plan and execute fresh, innovative ideas, stay up-to-date with social media trends, and utilize basic video editing skills to enhance your content. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is a genuine passion for fashion and digital media. This role does not involve managing a team but requires a self-driven, creative mindset focused on elevating brand visibility and audience engagement.
Responsibilities

Appear confidently in front of the camera to represent and promote RSF Softs apparel products across social media channels.
Create engaging and creative video content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok clips, and Facebook videos that resonate with the target audience.
Record product demonstrations, styling tutorials, and promotional videos that highlight key features and appeal of the apparel range.
Develop and implement creative content ideas by researching and following current social media trends and audience preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the companys brand voice and strategic goals.
Use basic video editing techniques to enhance visual storytelling, ensuring content is polished and professional.
Analyze the performance of posts and campaigns by tracking engagement metrics and reporting findings to optimize future content.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and interact with the audience to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
Stay updated on emerging social media tools and trends to continually improve the quality and reach of content.
Adhere to all company guidelines and policies to maintain a positive and professional brand image.
