Junior SEO Executive (Off-Page Seo)

RSF Soft is seeking a motivated Junior SEO Executive with at least one year of hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating and implementing effective link-building strategies that enhance website authority and search engine rankings. This role focuses on white-hat SEO techniques with an emphasis on guest posting, profile creation, and directory submissions. The Junior SEO Executive collaborates closely with other team members to support the overall digital marketing goals and improve online visibility. In this role, the Junior SEO Executive uses various SEO tools to analyze backlinks, optimize anchor texts, and maintain comprehensive SEO reports. Familiarity with platforms like Ahrefs and SEMrush is advantageous. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while working within a team environment. This entry-level position does not involve managing a team but offers valuable experience in executing impactful Off-Page SEO tactics that drive organic growth for RSF Soft.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute white-hat Off-Page SEO strategies including guest posting, profile creation, and Web 2.0 submissions.
Conduct high-quality link-building campaigns to boost website authority and improve search engine rankings.
Perform competitor backlink research to identify opportunities for acquiring valuable backlinks.
Manage directory submissions, business listings, and citations to enhance online presence.
Optimize anchor text to align with targeted keywords and improve SEO effectiveness.
Maintain detailed SEO reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to track link-building progress and performance metrics.
Utilize SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms to perform backlink analysis and monitor link quality.
Coordinate basic outreach efforts for link-building initiatives, establishing connections with relevant websites and blogs.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure SEO activities align with broader marketing strategies and goals.
Ensure all SEO practices comply with search engine guidelines and maintain focus on ethical, white-hat techniques.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.
Work efficiently within deadline-driven environments while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
