Junior SEO Executive (Guest Posting Expert)

RSF Soft is seeking a dedicated Junior SEO Executive with a focus on Off-Page SEO to strengthen its dynamic digital marketing team. This position is based in Gulberg III, Lahore and requires at least one year of hands-on experience in off-page SEO strategies. The ideal candidate excels in executing guest posting campaigns, managing profile creations, and conducting effective link-building activities using white-hat techniques. Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential to succeed in this role. The Junior SEO Executive will contribute to enhancing the online presence of the companys clients by leveraging SEO tools and maintaining accurate SEO performance reports. The role primarily encompasses guest posting outreach, competitor backlink analysis, and maintaining comprehensive SEO documentation in spreadsheets and reports. The position demands strong communication skills to coordinate outreach efforts and meet deadlines efficiently. Candidates who have practical knowledge of relevant SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and are proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel will find this role rewarding. This is an on-site role with a Monday to Friday schedule, suitable for someone eager to grow their skills in the off-page SEO domain without managing a team.
Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive guest posting campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks for client websites.
Create and manage various SEO profiles including Web 2.0 properties, directories, and business listings to boost link diversity and authority.
Conduct detailed competitor backlink research to identify new link-building opportunities and strategies.
Perform web 2.0 and directory submission ensuring all content meets white-hat SEO standards and contributes positively to search rankings.
Maintain and update SEO reports regularly using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, tracking performance metrics and campaign progress.
Leverage SEO tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics to analyze backlink profiles and monitor site performance.
Assist with outreach activities to build relationships with potential guest posting partners and maintain organized communication records.
Ensure all link-building activities comply with search engine guidelines and contribute to sustainable SEO growth.
Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to align off-page SEO efforts with wider marketing goals and initiatives.
Monitor trends in the SEO landscape and suggest innovative tactics to enhance off-page strategies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
Regularly update knowledge on SEO best practices, backlink strategies, and relevant digital marketing tools.
