Graphic Designer

RSF Soft is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join their creative team and produce standout visual content that adheres to the companys brand identity. This role requires designing engaging graphics for both digital platforms and print media, working collaboratively with marketing and development teams to bring concepts to life. The ideal candidate possesses a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines. This position is suitable for candidates with at least one year of experience or fresh graduates eager to grow their design careers. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for crafting visual assets including social media posts, banners, promotional materials, and branding elements to support the companys marketing efforts. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it demands strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues. RSF Soft offers a professional environment with opportunities for career growth, learning, and hands-on experience in real-world projects, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities

Design high-quality social media posts, banners, and various marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Develop professional branding and promotional graphics that consistently represent the companys visual identity.
Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs.
Manage multiple design projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of creative work without compromising quality.
Use Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop and Illustrator to produce detailed and polished graphics for both digital and print media.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of design trends and software enhancements to continuously improve design output.
Prepare design files for print production, ensuring specifications such as color modes and resolutions meet required standards.
Review and revise designs based on feedback while maintaining a proactive approach to improve creative solutions.
Communicate effectively with team members to understand design requirements and project scope.
Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
