Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop systems, software, and hardware
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolution
- Assist in system setup, maintenance, and updates
- Support end-users in resolving IT-related concerns
- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize system performance
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT desktop support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and MS Office Suite
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
