Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and job specifications.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates through networking, referrals, and active engagement.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verification.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- In-depth knowledge of technical roles and requirements in the IT and engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
