Position Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, a deep understanding of industry standards, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before reaching the customer, maintaining the highest level of quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Quality Standards: Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company objectives.

Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including inspections, audits, and testing, to ensure product and service excellence.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement effective quality control measures. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, inspections, and audit reports. Ensure all documentation is up to date and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints and feedback, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to maintain a reliable supply chain.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and standards, ensuring the company's quality management system complies with all relevant requirements.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the production process and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring product safety and reliability.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on quality performance to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in quality management, preferably in [industry-specific experience, e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, etc.].

Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus.

Skills:

  •   Proficient in quality management software and tools.
  •   Ability to lead and motivate a team.
