Department: Administration

Reporting To: Manager Administration

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to Karachi-Jamshoro site

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Operations Management:Oversee and streamline day-to-day office activities to ensure operational efficiency.

  2. Client and Supplier Negotiations:Conduct negotiations with clients and suppliers for procurement and service agreements.

  3. Safety and Legal Compliance:Collect public safety information and implement appropriate safety measures. Manage and resolve legal disputes effectively.

  4. Visa and Documentation Handling:Coordinate and manage visa details for expatriate staff.Oversee shipment documents for accuracy and compliance.

  5. Administrative Oversight:Monitor staff attendance and maintain accurate records. Supervise security staff operations and ensure workplace safety.

  6. Asset and Resource Management: Maintain records of vehicle fuel (PoL) usage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA Hons).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in office administration roles.
  • Age Range: 30-40 years.
  • Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills.
