Rozee.ai is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who is passionate about driving sales growth and fostering customer relationships. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. As this position does not involve managing a team, the focus will be purely on individual sales performance and contributing to the company's overall objectives. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain updated customer information.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaigns and promotions that drive lead generation.
- Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training and continued education to stay up to date on industry trends and sales techniques.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status to management.
