Senior ECommerce Accountant

Rozee is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior ECommerce Accountant to oversee and enhance our financial operations within the eCommerce sector. The Senior ECommerce Accountant will primarily focus on financial reporting, managing our bookkeeping needs through QuickBooks Online, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess business performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Manage daily accounting operations using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
Prepare and maintain regular financial reports, including monthly closings and forecasts, to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure timely financial transactions and reporting, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
Support procurement processes by administering budgeting activities and ensuring financial discipline across purchase orders.
Collaborate with eCommerce teams to provide insights into financial metrics relevant to sales performance across multiple platforms, including Amazon and eBay.
Utilize financial modeling techniques to project future financial outcomes based on current data and market trends.
Gather and analyze financial data from various eCommerce channels to provide accurate reconciliation and performance metrics.
Maintain a thorough understanding of QuickBooks integrations with eCommerce platforms and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Apply best practices in financial management to develop and refine internal controls and procedures.
