Rozee Sales Demo is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources functions within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR and will be responsible for talent acquisition, overseeing performance management, ensuring HR compliance, and utilizing HR information systems effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team and foster a productive workplace culture through development initiatives. The HR Manager will partner with various departments to implement HR strategies that align with the company goals, manage the applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment processes, and maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Manage and mentor a team of three HR professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
- Develop and implement effective performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR practices.
- Maintain and optimize HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems to improve HR operations efficiency.
- Design and execute organizational development programs that enhance employee engagement, learning, and growth.
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business needs and goals.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Coordinate training and development sessions to support workforce skill enhancement and career advancement.
