Rozee Sales Demo is seeking a proactive and motivated HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with at least two years of experience who is ready to contribute to the talent acquisition and employee engagement efforts of our organization. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting recruitment, conducting employee relations activities, and assisting with training and development initiatives. The HR Executive must be adaptable to night shift hours and possess strong interviewing skills. Experience in a call center environment is advantageous but not mandatory. This position is specifically tailored for fresh graduates who demonstrate commitment and professional attitude without disruptive behavior.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in the full cycle of talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain positive and professional employee relations by responding to inquiries, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
- Utilize HR analytics tools to track recruitment metrics, employee performance, and turnover rates to inform strategic HR decisions.
- Conduct interviews effectively using strong interviewing skills that assess the candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies by keeping accurate records and reporting as required.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and improve workplace culture.
- Handle administrative duties related to HR processes such as documentation, updating employee records, and managing HR databases.
- Adapt to the night shift work schedule to ensure continuous HR support and availability for employees working during these hours.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with HR trends and improve personal effectiveness in the role.
